Re: Video Clips in Worship
Hi! I like harbingeronline.com. It is a rental service that includes all licensing. They let you watch the video clips online before you order. There is also a book I've heard things about but not used called "Videos that Teach" by Doug Fields & Eddie James. I personally own & like the "Handbook for Multisensory Worship" from Ginhamsburg church (you can buy from any online book seller), which has complete services packaged with topics and video clips etc listed & even supporting powerpoint graphics you can order. There are also several Internet sites that catalog popular films by potential spiritual teaching topics. I don't have the URL's but you should be able to find them by searching. Just be sure to get a motion picture license (not expensive) before using any film clips in worship - even nonprofit use is illegal unless specifically licensed to do so. That info is also available online - I think it's called the Motion Picture Licensing Corp or something like that & works kind of like CCLI.
