Without knowing more detail, all I can add is "food for thought".

If you want to reach people for Christ, you have to witness to them in a language that they understand. As Christians, we understand that concept when it comes to other cultures and languages, but we sometimes fail to see it in our neighborhoods.

Our culture is immersed in media. In my opinion, the church has an obligaiton to be skilled in media presentation. A boring service is not attractive to the un-churched.

We can learn much from Jesus. Jesus spoke in word pictures in order to reach people. He was a great storyteller. He knew how to draw people in order to get his message across.

If you want to reach our post-modern culture, use the tools of media communication, i.e. quality sound equipment, computer projection, drama, and contemporary music format.

I can certainly understand parking logistical problems. But I would argue that an attractive service format will grow the church membership, and hopefully it's resources to adequately fund a parking expansion at some point in the future.
