Message:Hi there. I am browsing for help on the same issue. What we do is we say come and practice with us a few times and then we can decide if you will join us. But to tell them that they sing falsely, how do you do that in the right way. Plus the one guy already sings in another worship team, so how do I tell him that he is off tune. Just say it or what?Johanika
