Hey, all!I've just started working in a small church, and wondered if anyone had tips, concerns, or horror stories about auditioning church musicians. A lot of ideas are going through my head, and I have a general idea of what procedure to use, but I thought I'd tap into this cranium we call a message board. Please offer your input, and it will help challenge us all to form our selection process in a Godly way.

The Paul Langford Project
