a husband of but one wife, in my interpretation, means just that! see back in those days it was customary to have more than one wife at a time. so paul said first it is better not to be married (if you can keep just an eye on God) but if you cant then it is better to be married than to burn (or lust after another woman and be committing adultry and sexual immorality. so I beleive that being divorced doesnt dismiss you from the pulpit, divorce from your husband or wife wichever the case, is a sin unless adultry is committed, but we all know that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and all sins can be forgiven with the exception of blastfomy(sorry cant spell). so go with God and keep preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and dont worry about mans conception just worry about pleasing our God.
