I stopped calling it "rehearsal" a long time ago. We call it a praise session. A time where we can get together, have fellowship, forget about the worries of the world, and most of all give praise to the Lord our King. Give your singers and band members a chance to express themselves. Take a time out to give them a mic and share how they feel about praising. This will give you an oppurtunity to get to know them personally.
