Awesome!
Hi Debbie, i dont even know where to begin as i have read your through article. i was a muslim before and am only a year and half old in my walk with God and i wouldn't even know the hymns or the treasures that you could possibly have found in those books but if it were me i would rejoice. so i will rejoice with you all for the Glory of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I love singing it brings joy to me and keeps me alive as your title says Keeping the Flame Burning, thats what i would love to do to and spread it to others. i pray that with the Lords help i will be able to minister to others through songs thats why i want to begin by joining the worship team. Be Blessed Mightyly.

Heritage of Worship
What a wonderful reminder of a heritage of worship. I too have some old books from my grandmother from the early 20th century that are such a precious reminder of the types of songs and worship style so common. How sad we too often feel our music has to be "new" to be effective and reach today's church! May you truly treasure the blessing found in these books.

Oh Debbie!
I'm so happy for you and so thrilled along with you! I too remember those tent meeting days and the wonderful songs of redemption and glory. My fire's burning red hot, brighter than it was yesterday. It seems to grow with every passing day. I understand when Mother Davis says she can't keep it to herself! I love when you share from your heart sister. It brings tears of joy to my eyes. Lord knows I am looking forward to knowing you in heaven! Oh, your testimony has made my day! God bless you and keep you and encourage you to carry that fire in you always!Love Sylvia

AMEN
Hi Debbi,As I read your article, I got goose bumps. I am excited for the books you found and the sense of the passing of a ministry mantle. May God give you a double portion! May He allow you to accomplish that things the couldn’t have been imagined before. May God use you as His instrument to influence this generation and be a history maker. Blessings to you! John
