I stand in awe
As I read the sister's few words about THE Awesome God! I began to think about how so many sit and talk about being in "AWE" of something or someone and yet say there is no God. They use a word that can only describe our Majestic, Wonderful, and Sacred God. Yet, deny Him in the next phrase. It just doesn't make sense to me. How could I live without Him? Where would my life be without him? How could I go on? How can we say a word like "awesome" or "awe" and not ONLY be talking about our Lord and Savior.

True Worship
Oh how Awesome is God. True Worship is when we give up all of ourselves and Awe in his being. I challenge everyone reading this to take 5 minutes and say only things about God and how Awesome he is. Do not say me at all. You will be in true worship and will feel blessed, believe me true worship is not easy but with practice you will be blessed. Praise and Worship is two different things and both are needed to have the real relationship that a child of God needs with their Heavenly Father.

AWESOME!!
"Lord You are awesome! Lord You are awesome! If it wasn't for your love; wasn't for your grace; I don't know where I'd be without you!" These are the words to a song from William Murphy's latest CD. When we introduced this song to the congregation recently, the power of God's presence could be sensed throughout the building. It heightened everyone's awareness of just how awesome He is.

He is indeed awesome
I agree wholeheartedly, as God is who he says he is and he makes no apologies. He is mighty yet gentle.A warrior and a friend. What would my life be without him?I shudder to think abuot the absence of his unfathomable Grace and Mercy. However no word sums it up better than "Awesome".I stand in awe of you my lord.
