Thanks.. i know many people have said thanks for your articles.. Here's a problem though, I know I should communicate it with my other team members. But since we're at the same age, I just don't want them to think that I boss around, although most of the time I lead them in the services. I just haven't found my own way to communicate it to them. We're all busy working and I know they've spent some of their private time to practice and it's already good enough.. I just don't have the heart to push them for more..

Thanks for expressing in words what I've been experiencing for the past several months. I've been dealing with someone in the music ministry who absolutely HATES my style of leadership and the direction the music ministry is progressing. You've just given me the courage to keep pressing on.Also, I see that I'm not spending enough time communicating the vision I have for our music ministry. I plan to do better. Thanks for sharing.
