Mercy Me/Spoken For
There are few CD's that come out where every song is awesome. We listen to a lot of music here at EXW and have been hard pressed to find a better new CD than "Spoken For" by Mercy Me. These guys are incredible musicians and lyricists who put together songs that move the spirit. Every song on this CD is great!
For the men of MercyMe -- Bart Millard (vocals), Jim Bryson (keys), Mike Scheuchzer (guitar), Nathan Cochran (bass) and Robby Shaffer (drums) -- worshipping the Lord and leading others in praise is very much a life-long calling. That commitment has guided the band through the creation of six independent projects, their major label debut ALMOST THERE which has song an excess of 500,000 units making it RIAA Gold Certified, and now their sophomore release SPOKEN FOR. Lead singer Bart Millard says the band's goals for the ministry of MercyMe are still quite simple.

The Paul Langford Project
This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
