Stamped with a sense of holy awe—"Passion: Sacred Revolution"—carries with it more than great new music, conveying the bigness of God and the desperation of a generation running hard after Him.
Fueled by the new songs of sixsteps artist/worshippers Charlie Hall, David Crowder Band and Chris Tomlin, the latest offering from the Passion movement includes 10 new songs in a 13 song collection that authentically reflects the purity and beauty of this sacred gathering of worship and prayer.
Tomlin's "Holy Is The Lord," written for OneDay03, is a powerful anthem of God's renown, as is "O Praise Him (All This For A King)" from the David Crowder Band. Charlie's "Sending" amplifies the confession of all gathered in Sherman, TX, "Send us with fire to go love the world."
In addition to the sixsteps crew, Matt Redman brings a powerful and percussive arrangement of "O Come Let Us Adore Him" and two other tracks to the project, while Candi Pearson, Steve Fee and Nathan and Christy Nockels add potent songs reflecting the uniqueness of the day. Christy's "Knees To The Earth"—written and finished during the gathering—is a moving response of a grateful generation to a beautiful Savior. Candi Pearson passionately delivers the soon-to-be world-wide anthem "Sing To The King" and Steve Fee captures the energy of the day with "Revolution Cry," penned by Jason Wade of Lifehouse.
The songs are new. The spirit is what you've come to expect from a generation bent on the glory of God.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
