Recent studies show that the staff turnover rate in our churches around the country is at an all time high. Although many staff are staying longer then the once researched 18 months or less, there is still a serious problem with keeping them for the long haul. If you have ever been on staff where the environment was a perfect or at least near perfect fit, you are in the minority. Finding a good fit is as important to the employee as is the employer.

Doing great ministry in a church is in itself a challenge. In order to do great ministry you need great people to help get there. Wouldn’t it be nice to hire the perfect staff every time? Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a service that could help you find the best match for your church and it didn’t cost you an arm and a leg?

If your church is in need of help in finding the best fit for your church, you definitely want to talk to the folks at CJ Recruiters.

With 29 years of full time ministry experience in worship arts, sound, media, video, web development, young adults, college & youth ministry, and more, CJ Recruiters is the obvious choice to help you find your next ministry staff. They have thousands of resumes on file, a network of staff & resources, they will partner with you introducing you to the best candidates in the country by providing you with background checks, resume screening, preliminary interviews, and a personality/gift profile of your candidate and staff. Imagine being freed up to do ministry without the time consuming task of being a human resource department!

We all know the costs of hiring staff. If you could us a little help in the search process, talk to our friends at CJ Recruiters and ask about there set fee pricing. They have the experience in connecting churches with the right staff and can save you thousands of dollars. Their desire is to remove this part of the process from your plate so that you can do the ministry you were called to do.
