greatest of these is love
i just wanted to share something that happened to me about 10 years ago before i became a christian. one christmas we decided to go threw the phone book and call everyone we could and tell them jesus loves you, also we had a christian there with us ,who by far we did not understand his way of thinking ,we actually thought he was nuts,he talked of the devil being real and demins and such and talking in tongues and all. but that night before i closed my eyes i askes god when will i understand the way he thought? that night a messenger of sorts i guess came to me i only saw a bright light as i kneed there and it spoke with in me some how not to the ears hard to explain,it said read cor 13:12,13 and added repeat it till you wake up so the devil does not steal it from you. as i explain earlier the devil to me was a guy with a little red pitch fork and all. i talked to the christian man i knew and explained to him and asked if such a verse existed in the bible. he indeed told it did and said if i where you i would read it for sure. that was my start on my journey to knowing jesus as my personal savior, and knowing he is real.

The Greatest of these . . .
I find myself being continuously blessed from unexpected sources, and thanks to your Dad He continues to provide those serendipitous blessings! Your thoughts on the core value of your ministry being love is so well stated and at the same time so very basic to the message Jesus came to preach and role model. Is there any experience that equates to the joy and warmth and feeling of vitality that we sense when we are in such an environment wherein His love is so clearly manifested? Why me, O Lord?! Another example of pure grace, right?! God bless you, Stephen, in your ministry and sensitivity to His presence as you articulate the insights He blesses you with. Ray Asay
