Words to Learn From
Thank you so much for what you've written us in this article. I just began a job at a church outside of Chicago, and I've been trying to get a good perspective on how to use this choir to grow in its role in the church. I learned lots about how to conduct a choir, how to train it, how to do good things with it but I'm so glad for your excellent advice on the practical benefit of it. You've given me some excellent thoughts for my first newsletter; thanks for your ministry :)

Wow, Thank you
I realy want to thank God for you. I am a worship ministry leader in the UCT Student Christian Fellowship and have learnt a whole lot from this website. I can boldly say by the grace of God that i now look at worship differently and worship with a better motive and purpose. I loved the teaching on "the real choir-the congregation", made me realise that we have a duty as the worshipers to take God's people to a certain place that God wants them to be, and that the focus should not be on us at all. Thank you so much, much love and appreciation.

Worship Choir--YES!
Thank you, thank you for your words! I have been arguing this point for many years. I have always used the choir as worship leader rather than a small select group. For one, there is always some kind of controversy eventually with a small group (no matter how hard one may try to avoid it) and I don't need that on Sunday morning when I am trying to concentrate on leading worship and trying to worship myself. Thanks again!
