"Colossians 2:13-14 "When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross."

It's a shame that Easter only comes once a year, for on that one day we are reminded to the core of our spirits what Jesus suffered for us. The joyfulness of Easter morning is outlined by the suffering of the Cross. When we stop to ponder on the injustice of it all, I have to bow my head and weep. What did He see in me that caused Him to leave His throne in Heaven, become a human and suffer at the hands of those that despised Him and all He stood for?. When they crucified the Son of God, did their hearts prompt them to realize what they had done? How can I not give Him my life, my worship, my praise?
