GL3300 - good call
We have been using the 40 channel version of the GL Series and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We have as many auxes as we need and are able to carry both multiple stage monitor mixes (pre- or post-fade) and handle our effects processors. The layout is good and quickly discernable.

Only one problem so far. The "Mute" buttons on the channels tend to get a little fussy if you press them very hard over a period of time and they will refuse to catch. This is easily fixed by taking the button off and re-inserting it, so it's only a minor, minor deal.

The only thing we need now is more skill for us musicians, because it can only help us so much.
