Another Thumbs Down
I have to agree with Rick about Warmoths Cust Service.
They suck!.... Right from the beginning there were issues with hardware (they sent me the wrong hardware)
They wanted me to pay the freight to correct the problem and all the while they were condescending and RUDE!
I went up the chain of command to someone who was a wee bit better (not much).
To top it off once I had the guitar up and running it turned out that the neck they sent was not good at all (I've experienced much better on import Squire guitars)
I'll not be doing any future buisiness with Warmoth!

No Customer Service
Ken Warmoth hates people, and Warmoth guitar has no Customer Servicepolicy to speak of - if all goes well your set - if you have a problem these folks tell you - your'e on your own - beware!
