Cal Thomas quoted Ashcroft as saying this. It doesn't matter is Ashcroft said it or not ... it is a distortion, if not an outright lie of Islam.

So, is this truly from Ashcroft? Ed? Did anyone respond to you? Who submitted this quote? Please respond as I feel the same as Ed. GREAT quote...but what's the source.

Accuracy?
I like the quote attributed to AG John Ashcroft, and I agree with the sentiment it expresses. However, I have learned to be wary of "quotes" with no documentation as to the source, the time, the context, etc. Could you please send and/or publish the documentation for that quote? Thank You.
